Cinema Guidelines

1. Children of all ages are paid in full.
2. Strictly no using of cameras of electronic gadgets or any video/sound recorders to capture any part of the movie, may it be image or sound, as this is tantamount to camcording.
3. Strictly no smoking and vaping inside the cinemas.
4. No Firearms, weapons, sharp and pointed objects should be brought inside the cinemas.
5. No pets are allowed inside the theaters.
6. MTRCB Movie ratings shall be strictly followed. A valid ID must be presented as proof of age for movies with MTRCB ratings of R-13, R-16 and R-18. As a guide, please see below for the definition of each MTRCB rating.
1. G - suitable for all ages
2. PG - 13 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult companion of at least 18 years of age
3. R-13 - restricted only for viewers 13 years old and above.
4. R-16 - restricted only for viewers 16 years old and above.
5. R18 - restricted only for viewers 18 years old and above.
7. For our MX4D Motion EFX Theatre, fhe following patrons will not be allowed inside due to the following safety reasons:
1. Children below one (1) year old.
2. Children below three (3) feet tall (unless accompanied by the parent or guardian).
3. Pregnant women, senior citizens, persons with disability, patrons with heart, back, and neck conditions.
4. Patrons with Epilepsy, motion sickness, and other motion conditions.
5. Since there will be scenes where seats will be moving, we strongly advise that the food and drinks will always be covered.
8. Other reminders:
1. Re-booking is available at all branches, under the following terms and conditions.
1. Re-booking request must be coordinated directly with the branch of purchase at least 24 hours before original screening schedule. You may contact us on Messenger (@VistaCinemas) in case you need to re-book your tickets.
2. We will only accept one (1) time re-booking, all changes are final.
3. Re-booking between two different branches is allowed but must be coordinated directly with the branch where tickets were purchased.
4. Senior Citizen/PWD patrons can also purchase discounted tickets on our website but will be required to show any valid government-issued ID upon presenting the online tickets to enter the cinema. If no valid ID is presented, ticket will be forfeited and non-refundable.
5. If tickets purchased online were not re-booked and the screening time has already lapsed, tickets are considered final and non-refundable.
6. Refund of purchased tickets is subject for approval before refund process begins and will undergo the cinema and the bank’s standard reversal procedures.
7. All movie patrons shall comply to the standard cinema policies and guidelines. Cinema management and personnel have the right to refuse entry.
