The movie revolves around a Filipino elderly couple, Joey and Azon, who are deeply in love and committed to each other. Joey, an OFW permanent resident of Japan, is bitter about his ex-wife's betrayal and lives a solitary life on his vegetable farm. However, he meets Azon, an aging Filipina who inspires him to give love another chance. Despite his own health struggles, Joey sacrifices his own to care for Azon, who also suffers from a weakening heart.
